Tai Tarian Housing Association Meet The Buyer
Business Wales are hosting a construction based Meet the Buyer event at Aberavon Seafront Hotel, Port Talbot, SA12 6QP on behalf of J.G Hale Construction Ltd and SevenOaks Modular Ltd on the 21st of October 2021, from 10am-1pm.
The event will target the procurement of sub-contractors for the Redevelopment of County Flats, a project for Tai Tarian housing association, creating 55 new energy-efficient homes, whilst redeveloping 72 existing properties.
The scheme will utilise modern methods of construction and has tender packages for Drylining, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, Landscaping, Play areas, Floor laying, Bricklayers, Glass Balustrading, Tiling, Fencing, Roofing, Sheds, and Insulation.
Interest from local sub-contractors and suppliers, including micro-businesses is welcome.
